Has my order shipped and how do I track it?
Orders will be processed and sent out within three to five business days. You will automatically receive an email that links you to your order status page, along with a tracking number.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
To make changes to your order, click the cart icon at the top right of your screen. From this page you can either remove items or adjust quantity. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
An item is missing from my shipment.
Confirm that all of the items in your order have shipped already by checking your order status. If you packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
My product is missing parts/damaged.
If you have received an item that is missing parts or is damaged, please contact customer service for assistance.
